Our Approach
At Tim Marshall Design, our goal is simple: to collaborate closely with clients, understand their needs and to deliver good cost-effective, high-quality design solutions that add value for both the client and end user. We believe that the basis for successful design is creativity with a good helping of common sense. Often, it’s the simplest and grounded of designs that can offer the most effective results. Design can be used as a tool to enhance our living environment, increase productivity and possibly sales, ultimately it must be practical and functional. Tim Marshall Design offer interior design solutions that combine multi disciplinary skills and strong creativity.

Delivering a Project: An Outline of the Design Process
At Tim Marshall Design, we believe that a successful project begins with clear communication and thorough planning. To ensure both the client and designer have a full understanding of the project’s aims and objectives, we start by developing a comprehensive design brief. This is often followed by a site survey* to gather essential information.
Once we have a complete understanding of the scope, we begin the design development phase. During this stage, we create concept drawings, mood boards, and, where necessary, supporting visuals. At the end of this phase, we present the design proposal to the client, which may include a detailed scope of works, project timeline, and cost estimates.
As the project moves forward, we conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that the work stays on track, within budget, and on schedule, until final handover to the client.
*For new build projects, we typically work with architects' drawings and may not require a site survey.
